Butcher Troll, the meat cleaver-wielding troll that is obsessed with gore and flesh.

Näcken, the violin-playing water spirit of the lake, who curses his victims to dance until they die.
The Bramble, vines of corruption that took over the entire world, infesting and infecting it.
The Witch, a woman who is implied to be under someone else's control; forced to do a deadly ritual on newborn infants.
Mylingar, the lost souls of infants who were sacrificed by the Witch.

Water Monster, an unseen underwater entity that attempts to grab players and drag them underwater to drown.
Skogsrå, the seductive evil forest spirit woman of the woods.
