Community-Led Approaches: Measuring What Matters

Wednesday, June 17th from 12pm-1pm EST via Zoom

This webinar introduces a compassionate, community-led approach to evaluation that centres dignity, lived and living experience, workforce sustainability, and the freedom to choose one’s own pathway. Participants will explore how evaluation can move beyond compliance to strengthen trust, support return to care, and reflect what people who use services actually experience.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the limits of compliance-driven evaluation
  • Describe core principles of compassionate, community-led evaluation
  • Reframe return to care and disclosure as indicators of safety and trust
