What is Pro membership?
Pro membership is a premium subscription that unlocks advanced features for managing your Pokémon card collection, including no adverts, unlimited collection size, card binders, CSV exports, and much more.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Pro membership at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to all Pro features until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payments are securely handled by Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment providers.
Will I lose my data if I cancel?
No, your data is safe. If you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access to your collection up to the free tier limit (200 cards). You can also export your collection to CSV before canceling to keep a backup.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Pro membership within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual plans?
Both plans include the same features. The Annual plan offers a discount at $4/month (billed yearly at $48) compared to $5/month for the Monthly plan (billed monthly at $60/year). You save $12 per year with the Annual plan.
