Some of my happiest childhood memories start with the sound of ice cream bells drifting down the street. The excitement of running to grab change, racing to catch the ice cream bike, and carefully choosing the perfect treat felt like pure summer magic.

Starting Chill Cycle was my way of bringing that same fun and nostalgia back to life—this time with a grown-up twist. Along with classic pre-packaged favourites, I get to explore my creative side by offering gourmet ice cream sandwiches, one of my favourite passion projects. I love dreaming up fun flavour pairings, baking fresh cookies and brownies, and turning them into unique, delicious combinations that feel a little extra special.
