I wish it weren't like this, but I've been struggling with mental illness since forever, as it seems -_-. I have recurring (mostly severe) depressive episodes, psychotic episodes (Under stress, though the last one was ages ago...), C-PTSD, Borderline & Avoidant Personality Disorder, and I have EDNOS/OSFED. There have been countless episodes of sleep paralyses, which really ended up being very intense and scary, recurring nightmares, episodes of insomnia following the latter both events, dissociation, flashbacks, and also dissociative seizures. I just want to state here: If you feel like we could get along (Kudos to you for thinking this way!), maybe take this into the equation. :( I do not want to add all these diagnoses/symptoms to the interests, because while I am interested in learning more about them, the learning mostly pulls me down.
