
Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
If you receive an order that was damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please call our Customer Service department at (877) 318-8001 within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Eligible claims are resolved as follows:
- Incorrect product shipped – We will arrange a pickup of the incorrect item and ship the correct one at no additional cost.
- Item missing from order – We will ship the missing item to you immediately at no additional cost.
- Item arrives damaged – We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
All eligible claims are resolved through product replacement at no charge. We do not issue monetary refunds.
Why we don’t accept general returns:
Kampel’s Kitchen & Bath products have a shelf-life ranging from 1–2 years on average. These products are produced in small batches to ensure customers receive fresh, quality product. Due to this relatively short shelf-life, we do not restock or resell returned goods and therefore cannot accept returns for reasons other than those outlined above.
