We are excited to host a 24-hour hackathon designed to foster creativity, innovation, and cross- functional collaboration. This event will bring together Engineering, Product, Design, and Operation teams to solve exciting problems and push the boundaries of what we can achieve at Commure.

Requirements

What to Build

Your project should:

  • Solve a Real Problem that aligns with our company values.

  • Leverage Your Team’s Strengths

    • Engineering-only teams: Emphasize technical depth and architectural soundness.

    • Cross-functional teams: Deliver a balanced solution that reflects strong engineering, product thinking, and design.

  • Focus on the End User: Build with clarity on who benefits from your solution and how.

  • Be Demo-Ready: Your submission should be clear and functional enough to present in under three minutes.

What to Submit

Each team must submit the following:

  1. A Single Slide (PDF or Image)
    The slide should include:

    • Team name

    • Team members and roles (Engineer / Product / Design)

    • The problem you're solving

    • Overview of your solution

    • Key features or innovations

    • Target user and customer impact

    • How to access or review the project (demo link, doc, etc.)

  2. Project Materials
    Submit one or more of the following, depending on what best represents your solution:

    • Source code with a README and setup instructions

    • A design or product specification document

    • Figma files, mockups, or clickable prototypes

    • A technical architecture or implementation plan

    • Any other relevant artifacts that showcase the work and thinking behind the project
