Judging Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges using the following criteria:

Net New Format (Engineers, Product, and Design)

Judging will be relative to the composition of the team:

  • Engineering-only teams will be evaluated on:

    • Technical depth and innovation

    • Code quality, scalability, and completeness

    • Demo effectiveness

  • Cross-functional teams will be evaluated on:

    • Balanced contribution across engineering, product, and design

    • Clarity and strength of product thinking

    • Usability and quality of user experience

    • Alignment with company values and potential for real-world impact

Existing Problem Statements (Commure Engineering Only)

Teams will be evaluated based on:

  • Number and completeness of problem statements successfully addressed

  • Quality of technical implementation

  • Creativity and efficiency in problem-solving

  • Clarity of documentation and demo

Winner Selection
  • A short list of finalists will be selected for live presentations or demos (if applicable).

  • Final decisions will balance both the submission quality and the presentation of the project.

  • Winners will be announced by format category (Net New and Existing Problem Statements).
