Parents & Parent Groups

When parents are involved in children's learning and in their school or nursery lives, children do better. When home and school work in partnership together, children can thrive and progress. That's why parental involvement and family engagement are so important!

Being involved in your child's learning and school or nursery might mean volunteering, joining the Parent Council or Parent Teacher/Staff Association (or other parent-run group) or spending time together - whatever is right for you and your child!
