Contribee is a subscription management and fundraising platform that allows creators and organizations to collect one-time and/or monthly donations, and for fans to support the desired creator/organization/initiative and gain access to unique content!

Yes, you can live stream on YouTube (privacy - "unlisted") and share the video link on the Contribee platform.

Just sign up, register as creator and create your page. Add information about your activity, verify your identity, choose subscription tiers, one time payments, fundraising initiatives and make the page public.

Creators don't pay any fees. You get what you collect. Period.

With the Pay-Per-Post feature, you can set a specific amount for the desired post, and after the fan pays it, he’ll get unlimited access to this content. Creators can allow fans to unlock specific content they have shared by paying a one-time fee rather than purchasing a monthly subscription.

Tier is a subscription level that users can select. Every tier has a different price and benefits associated with it.

You can withdraw the funds within 7 days from the fan's payment (this may take some time due to processing by the payment partner, Stripe). The time it takes for the funds to reach your bank account from the payout date depends on your country and bank.

Currently, you can use the Contribee platform in Lithuanian, English, Ukrainian, Romanian, Latvian, Estonian, Spanish and Italian.

You must issue invoices to your supporters for the income you receive. You can issue one collective invoice for all your monthly donations. You can download a summary of income received for the selected period by visiting Dashboard → Finance → Orders. If you have more questions about accounting, depending on the nature of your activity, we recommend consulting with competent specialists in this field.

You can select a subscription tier and support your favorite creators by paying a selected amount every month. You can also make one-time tips to support their activity.

You’ll pay based on the subscription tier or one-time tip price. For payments of up to €2.99, we charge a platform fee of 15.25% + €0.20. For payments of €3.00 or more, we charge a platform fee of 12.00% + €0.20. The platform fee consists of a payment processing fee and VAT.

Payments on the platform can be paid by bank cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, if the device is linked to these accounts.

You can cancel your subscription by selecting "My purchases" in your profile menu.

You'll be charged every month on the day when you subscribed. If you subscribed on January 5th your next payment will be processed on February 5th.

You can find your payment history in the profile menu → My purchases → Payments

Open the creator's page and click "Write a message." If there is no such option, the creator has disabled messaging.

Please make sure you are logged in to your account and that your subscription is active. You can view your subscription status by selecting "My purchases" in your profile menu.
