Working with our resources

You’ll find a lot of materials here including policies, job descriptions, guides to legislation, checklists, Model Rules, and more. We do our best to ensure our resources are up-to-date and clear, but if you have any concerns or have suggestions, please reach out.

Some of our resources are presented in the form of templates and include options for you to consider. We try to highlight these using square brackets and different text colours, to draw your attention to where you’ll want to make changes. As always, when using our templates, please feel free to exchange our branding for yours. We are always happy to be acknowledged, but have limited branding, as much as possible, to headers and footers to make editing easier.

Remember to check our Terms of Service. We welcome visitors from other places, but our resources are focused on British Columbia. You might find it useful to check out CHF Canada’s resources and educational materials if you’re located in another province.
