WHAT YOU GET
A Development Resource That Works Between Your Sessions
Available When Participants Need It Participants engage with Evidentra® when a question comes up, when a relevant situation arises, or when they want to revisit what they learned. The timing is theirs. The structure is yours.
Practitioner-Controlled Access You decide when Evidentra® is available. Through your Pro Account, you control whether participants see Evidentra® for each project. When it is turned off, participants do not see it.

Purpose-Built for People Development, Not Generic AI
Evidentra® uses a custom prompt engine that filters and refines every response using a curated knowledgebase built on Core Factors assessment models. It understands context, interprets assessment results, and surfaces guidance relevant to the participant’s specific data and development situation.
All guidance is grounded in the same models you use in your sessions. Evidentra® does not freelance. It does not generate generic advice. It works within the boundaries of the Core Factors assessment frameworks and the standards your clients expect. It does not replace your expertise. It extends it into the moments when you cannot be there.
WHO THIS IS FOR
For Practitioners Who Know the Work Between Sessions Is Where Development Holds or Fades

Evidentra® gives your clients a place to ask questions and reflect on their results between your conversations, so the next session picks up where the last one left off instead of starting over.

Evidentra® provides each participant with personalized, assessment-grounded support at scale, without requiring you to build the reinforcement layer yourself.

Evidentra® keeps career results accessible and explorable so clients can apply their values and skills data when they are evaluating a real opportunity, not just during your session.

Evidentra® scales personalized development support across cohorts without adding administrative load or time commitment to your practice.
THE BIGGER PICTURE
The Hardest Part of Development Work Has Never Been the Session Itself
Evidentra® was built for the space between your sessions. When participants have a resource that keeps their results alive, connects their questions to the models you use, and supports reflection when you are not in the room, your development work has a longer reach than a single conversation. You stop being the practitioner whose impact depends on being present. You become the one whose work continues whether you are in the room or not.

Frequently Asked Questions
Evidentra is an AI-powered coach assistant built into the Core Factors Participant Hub. It provides participants with personalized, interactive guidance to support their growth and development, reinforcing the insights gained from Core Factors assessments/models.
Evidentra is designed for professionals in coaching, leadership development, talent and HR, career counseling, and organizational consulting who want to extend the value of their work without increasing their time investment.
Evidentra was developed in collaboration with AI and learning science experts. It is purpose-built to support Core Factors assessments, using a curated knowledgebase, proprietary prompt structures, and contextual logic specific to psychological development, not off-the-shelf AI.
Participants can ask questions, explore strengths and development areas, set goals, and receive suggestions related to their Core Factors assessment results. Evidentra provides interactive support that complements your sessions or programs.
Evidentra supports all major Core Factors assessments, including:

Not at all. Evidentra is a development assistant built to support and extend your work, not replace it. It reinforces your guidance and keeps participants engaged in between professional interactions.
Evidentra’s responses are drawn from Core Factors’ assessment models and curated knowledgebase, ensuring that all guidance reflects the frameworks and language you already use in your practice.
Not directly, but its logic is tightly aligned with Core Factors’ models and terminology. This ensures consistency without requiring you to manage or configure the assistant.
Evidentra is available as a free trial for new users. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription, which can be provided by the practitioner or purchased directly by the participant.
Participants gain access to Evidentra as part of their Participant Hub once assessment results are released. During the trial, they can explore all features and decide whether to continue with a paid subscription.
You control that. As a practitioner, you can choose to include Evidentra as part of your services or allow participants to purchase it on their own after the free trial ends.
Participants will receive a prompt to upgrade to a paid plan if access was not granted by their practitioner. You’ll have the option to sponsor access or let the participant decide.
