Create CA’s Policy Council is composed of allied partners from education, business, arts and parent organizations. Working in conjunction with the Board of Directors, the  Policy Council builds a state-wide policy agenda and common understanding to collectively address the systemic challenges and opportunities for equitable access to high-quality arts education for all California public school students.
