CT Sex Week, held from September 28-October 2, 2026, will feature a lineup of educational workshops, opportunities for sexual wellness, and sex-positive social events by educators and organizations around Connecticut.
Discussion and expression of sexuality is heavily stigmatized, despite being a common, healthy part of the human experience. CT Sex Week celebrates the diversity of sexual experiences and practices, aiming to empower folks in the Connecticut community to engage with sexuality in ways that bring them joy and fulfillment.
Kim is a sexual health and kink educator with 15 years of experience. Kim has been featured as a speaker by such organizations as the National Harm Reduction Coalition, the University of Connecticut, and the New England AETC, and writes sexuality columns for CT Voice Magazine and Black Noise Magazine.
She aims to provide inclusive, pleasure-positive, and comprehensive education to adult audiences, covering topics from safer sex to kink. Find her on Instagram @kimadamskieducator.

Queer Munch Connecticut organizes munches and educational events for the queer kink community around the state of Connecticut. They will be hosting a movie night.
Tight Lipped is a grassroots movement by and for people with chronic vulvovaginal and pelvic pain. They fight for a world where people with vulvovaginal and pelvic pain are diagnosed correctly, treated effectively, and given compassionate care through education, community programming, and advocacy. They will be hosting a vulvovaginal pain support meetup.
The Bridgeport Pride Center acts as a gathering place and support space for LGBTQ+ folks and allies in the Fairfield County area. They host social and educational events. For Sex Week, they will be hosting a movie night.
Circle Care Center, which has offices in Glastonbury and Norwalk, offers inclusive medical care from compassionate providers. Their motto is “No Stigma, Just Care.” They are the sponsors of “Unashamed” and “Practicing Pleasure.”
The REACH Fund of Connecticut is a non-profit that provides financial help for abortion care to those traveling to, from, and within Connecticut. They will be presenting an abortion teach-in.
Witch Bitch Thrift is a size-inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming thrift store in New Haven. In addition to a curated collection of quality used clothing, they are home to a community space that hosts a variety of events. They will be hosting the Smutty Storytelling event.
Triangle Community Center, located in Norwalk, CT, aims to empower and advocate for LGBTQIA+ people in Connecticut through community, health, and learning programs. They will be hosting an abortion teach-in with the REACH Fund.
Growth Therapy, LLC provides therapy in Connecticut to help awesome people who feel stuck to be more relaxed, have more control over their lives, and improve their relationships. Owner Kristen Dew, LMFT, CST, will be co-presenting Kink Competency for Wellness Providers with Sex Week organizer Kim Adamski.
