I'm working on a few projects at the moment:

• Subsail turns 10 years old this year (crazy) and I've started to improve and modernise the platform. Subsail still has customers and I think I can make it grow again with some marketing and improved features.
• I moved Magpile to a new host and upgraded some internals (eg Django). Maybe this site will be a good marketing route for Subsail.
• I spent a lot of the beginning of 2026 building Basedoc, a documentation platform. I wanted to see what the internals of docs tools are like and ended up building a full product. It's now complete but struggling for new signups.

I've been working a lot on AI tooling at Loops recently, including the Skills/Plugin repo, and a much improved API, which now lets you create and update emails.
