APPOINTMENT POLICY

To provide a seamless booking experience, all appointments require a card on file. While no deposit is necessary, your card is securely stored to enforce our no-show and cancellation policies.

Online bookings: A card will be required automatically during the scheduling process.

In-person or phone bookings: A card on file will be required at the time of booking.

NO-SHOW POLICY 

We value our stylists’ time and appreciate your commitment to your appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled service:

First No-Show: A fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.

Multiple No-Shows: Your card on file will be charged for the full service price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel your appointment:

First Cancellation (Less than 24 hours’ notice): We get it—life happens. This one’s on us.

Additional Cancellations (Less than 24 hours’ notice): Any further late cancellations will be treated as a No-Show and charged the full service price.
