These terms apply when you request a free guide or resource (the Guide) from DiveAdmin (we, us, our) by submitting your details through our website. By ticking the consent box and submitting the form you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms.
The Guide is provided free of charge for general information only. We make no guarantee of any particular result. We may update, withdraw or change the Guide at any time. No purchase is necessary to receive it.
To send you the Guide we collect your name, email address, dive centre name and country. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it, for example that the email address is yours or you are authorised to use it.
By submitting the form you consent to us contacting you by email, and any other contact details you provide, with marketing about our products, services, offers, events and related content. This consent is a condition of receiving the free Guide.
You also consent to us sharing the details you provide with our trusted partners so that they may contact you with marketing about products and services relevant to dive centres. Our partners include companies we work with in the diving, travel, training and business services sectors. Each partner is responsible for its own communications and you may opt out of any partner marketing directly with them.
You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send you or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains the data we hold, how long we keep it, your rights, and how to contact us. We retain your details for as long as needed to provide the Guide and to send you marketing while your consent stands.
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you submit the form.
