Month­ly retain­er: €1,400 plus VAT

includes a min­i­mum of 24 hours per month, comprising:

Office and equip­ment costs as well as trav­el with­in the greater Munich area are includ­ed. No employ­er con­tri­bu­tions or hol­i­day costs apply.

For over 30 years, I built and man­aged a ser­vice com­pa­ny in Munich, with full respon­si­bil­i­ty for finance, HR, IT, and oper­a­tions. I under­stand the real­i­ty of own­er-man­aged busi­ness­es first-hand: lim­it­ed resources, high deci­sion pres­sure, and lit­tle time for what tru­ly matters.

Since 2022, I have been sup­port­ing small and medi­um-sized enter­pris­es as a Frac­tion­al CFO and finan­cial spar­ring part­ner. My clients val­ue that I don’t just deliv­er num­bers – I think along, act prag­mat­i­cal­ly, and bring real entre­pre­neur­ial experience.
