Monthly retainer: €1,400 plus VAT
includes a minimum of 24 hours per month, comprising:
- regular weekly working time on-site
- ongoing flexible remote support
Office and equipment costs as well as travel within the greater Munich area are included. No employer contributions or holiday costs apply.

For over 30 years, I built and managed a service company in Munich, with full responsibility for finance, HR, IT, and operations. I understand the reality of owner-managed businesses first-hand: limited resources, high decision pressure, and little time for what truly matters.
Since 2022, I have been supporting small and medium-sized enterprises as a Fractional CFO and financial sparring partner. My clients value that I don’t just deliver numbers – I think along, act pragmatically, and bring real entrepreneurial experience.

I do not provide tax or legal advice, nor do I carry out bookkeeping work within the meaning of the German Tax Advisory Act (§ 6 Steuerberatungsgesetz). Instead, I prepare all documents so that your tax advisor can work quickly and efficiently. Coordinating with tax advisors and legal counsel is a core part of what I do.
