I’ve been there.
I’m Tijana. In short — among the years of beautiful life chapters (motherhood, exploring different cultures of the world, an exciting corporate career…), there was the other side of life : twice serious burnout, divorce, the loss of both parents, challenges in raising teenagers...
Everything that once drove me forward brought me to a full stop — and forced me to PAUSE.
To go inward, to remember who I am. To stop doing and start being. „bi trebalo“ da budem.
Flowrish was born from that path.
Women who are seeking a different kind of space. One that is quieter, more truthful, and helps them say “yes” to themselves.
After 25 years in leading corporate roles,I now focus on 1:1 and group coaching sessions that weave together all the knowledge I’ve gathered — with the wisdom my body taught me:
I’ve combined advanced coaching methodologies (over 650+ hours of practice) with internationally recognized yoga certifications (800+ hours), and most importantly — with lived experience. Over the years, I’ve walked my own path of practice, reflection, and transformation. I wasn’t looking for instant answers, just spaces of peace where I could meet myself more deeply.

My professional path led me from an engineering degree in Organizational Sciences, through an MBA at Sheffield with HR focus, to:
- ICF PCC & ACTC certifications
- EMCC Senior Practitioner certificate
- NLP Master education
- RYS 500 Yoga Alliance accreditation
- Over 500 hours in kundalini, somatic, hatha, and vinyasa yoga
But the greatest lesson of all? Learning to listen to my body and its silence.

COACHING — A SPACE FOR CONTEXT
In a safely held environment, we gently tune in to what wants to emerge. Through presence, inquiry, and reflection, you come into contact with yourself — and with the theme calling you in this moment. Here, you don’t chase answers. You meet your truth — right where you are.
BREATH — A COMPASS BACK TO SELF
Breath brings us back to center — the meeting point of mind, body, and joy. The practice includes pranayamas, kriyas and also freestyle, intuitive breathing as a way to regulate, release, and return to presence. When the breath flows freely, you begin to flow with it.
SOMATIC YOGA — MOVEMENT THAT GUIDES US
Here, the body is not an object — instead a rich guide. Through intuitive movement (I offer the frame, you choose the pace), we bypass analysis and come into contact with what may have been forgotten — but never lost. The body is not pushed — it is invited to remember.
KUNDALINI — ENERGY AND SOUND
A dynamic, transformational practice using movement, breath, and mantra to awaken your life force. We work with the body as a channel — releasing tension and opening flow. Sound and rhythm support deep inner shifts — powerfully and clearly.

Each session is co-created — with the theme, the group, and your reality.
