The AI Great Leap Forward ~ https://leehanchung.github.io/blogs/2026/04/05/the-ai-great-leap-forward/

I'm at the end of "Reporting Grain Production to the Central Committee" phase (AI becomes KPIs).
This article is pure gold. Read it. Then read it again.
Your children can introduce you to some nice music if you're open to it (and car rides become a way to share interests with them, talking about concerts, bands they may like, etc).
Djo's last album is very nice (I've listened to the previous one but found it to be too electronic for my taste). Saw him at Lolapalooza and the show was quite nice!
They also got me into Wallows, which I like a lot. And they made me rediscover The Strokes (I never actually listened to their albums, just the main hits).

That’s dumb! Do not create friction without a reason (whatever reason, it won’t make sense because this worked for more than 15 years now). 🙄
Got ollama running with qwen2.5-coder:14b on my nvidia 4070 TI. It works, generated code is overall good, but it’s sooooo much slower than using something like Claude Code. Also aider gets nowhere close to Claude’s CLI experience.
Will try to implement the same feature using a smaller model to see how faster it gets.
