Meet the Team
Tomas Pukalski
Director
Tomas started Framework in 2013, fascinated by technology and design.
Tomas likes kayaking around Oxford, cycling to work, and, since his four daughters are now independent, reading philosophy.
He wants to start a school that inspires creativity. He met Sir Ken Robinson once and can’t stop talking about him.
Melinda Orton
Melinda is the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. She coordinates projects from enquiry to launch and beyond.
Outside of work, Melinda likes to get involved in her own creative projects in design and illustration from the peace of her garden studio.
Joy Smith
Marketing Assistant
Want to talk about all things marketing?
Joy assists with the marketing for Framework and the utilisation of Google Ads campaigns for clients.
She enjoys travelling and outdoor activities, from camping in the UK to exploring towns and cities abroad. Spending time with friends is how she likes to spend her weekends.
Mina Agha Aminiha
WordPress Developer
Mina has 7 years of experience in WordPress design and development. She’s an excellent team player and crafts custom websites and unique web elements.
While studying Computer Engineering, Mina organised a TEDx event. She goes on mountain hikes and loves swimming.
Joanne Kerr
Bookkeeper
Joanne is a qualified and licensed Accountant AAT with 10 years of experience. Jo has been a financial and payroll administrator since she started part-time in 2018.
Clients can see Jo’s name in the signature of invoice emails and hear from her over the phone when she is clarifying payments.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys long walks and spending time with her family.
Catherine Davies
Copywriter
Catherine is on hand if you’ve been staring at a blank piece of paper for too long. Let her craft your blog posts, case studies and web pages.
Walks in the woods and creative activities are her chosen ways to spend the weekends.
Julia Pukalska
UX/UI Designer
Julia has two degrees – one in Human-Computer Interaction and a Masters in Digital Design. She works with us through bringing her expertise to our projects as a consultant. Her versatile skillset includes graphic design and photography.
Julia lives in Krakow and in her spare time, she enjoys yoga and relaxing walks with her dog Kira.
