Physically Integrated Modern Dance Classes

Our next series of open classes will be on Wednesdays: April 1, 8, 15, & 22, 2026. Please note we are not offering an open class on April 19, 2026. Pre-registeration is requested.

Classes are held from 9 AM to 10:30 AM at Dance Foundry, 2977 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Decatur, GA 30030.

Our classes welcome all bodies.

Donations are always appreciated but not expected or required to participate.

When attending the in-studio class, please plan to arrive a few minutes prior to the 9 AM start time to fill out the required paperwork.

We are no longer offering virtual classes. We are dedicating our time and resources towards completing our online training manual. Stay tuned for details.
