I'm Jeannine. I’ve been working in the somatic field since 2006, supporting women in understanding how chronic stress reshapes the body and how safety restores it.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed somatic practice and nearly two decades of hands-on experience guiding nervous system regulation

I facilitate healing experiences designed to help your system move out of survival mode and into steadiness. This isn’t about talking through your story. It’s about creating the conditions where your body can release what it’s been holding at a pace that feels safe and supported.

In every session, I actively regulate the room so you can regulate yourself. Through guided somatic practices and nervous system awareness, I help you reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your sense of inner ground.

I recently had a Water Constellation session with Jeannine, and it was fascinating. At first I didn't know what I wanted to talk about, but she gently guided me to feel into my body and speak about the relationships and constructs in my life that I wanted to explore. There is water poured into a beautiful font, and little floating dolls/items are used to represent different people or things. As each piece is added to the water, it moves according to your energetic field and in relation to other pieces in the water. I had many new realizations that came from out of the session. There were some tears of release, and Jeannine is excellent at listening and holding space. I truly recommend having a Water Constellations session with Jeannine if you are seeking clarity.
