All content, trading signals, courses, memberships, and materials provided through our platforms are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, investment services, brokerage services, or account management.

By purchasing a membership or product through GettingStartedInCrypto.com, you acknowledge that all trading decisions are your own responsibility. We do not have access to your trading accounts, do not hold your funds or cryptocurrency, and have no control over the trades you choose to place. Because of this, we cannot accept responsibility for any trading outcomes, profits, or losses that may occur.

Membership payments grant access to educational content, trading signals, and learning resources. As these services involve digital information and access to proprietary materials, refunds are generally not provided once access to the service has been granted.

Some services operate on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue. Refunds cannot be issued for charges that occur because a subscription was not cancelled prior to renewal.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription under the My Account section of the website. If your subscription was created through a payment provider such as PayPal or Stripe, you may also cancel the recurring payment directly through your payment provider account. Once cancelled, access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

As a goodwill gesture, we offer a 24-hour refund period for new memberships. If within 24 hours of purchasing a membership you decide the service is not suitable, you may request a full refund of the membership fee. This request must be made within 24 hours of purchase. This refund offer may be void if substantial content, downloads, or resources have already been accessed from the platform.

The 24-hour refund policy applies only to a first-time purchase. If a user cancels and later signs up again, refunds will not be offered for subsequent purchases.

Affiliate referrals and commission payments remain at the discretion of Getting Started In Crypto. If a purchase is refunded, the associated affiliate commission will not be paid.

Visual Media Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time where reasonably necessary.
