We believe in two vital principles: first, great comics come from great characters — and second, equity comes from true artistic ownership. Committed to these ideals and inspired by so many who came before us, GHOST MACHINE is introducing NEW CHARACTERS FROM ALL GENRES with THE UNNAMED featuring the ACTION-PACKED GEIGER, JUNKYARD JOE, and REDCOAT – the SPRAWLING SCI-FI SAGA of ROOK – the FAMILY ODYSSEYS of THE ROCKETFELLERS and their FRIENDS – our HORROR UNIVERSE and MORE. Our HEROES’ stories are painted across the epic tapestries of American history, the deepest reaches of space, and the neighborhood one street over.
Building on the groundbreaking foundation of IMAGE COMICS, we PRIORITIZE THE ARTIST and understand the power that comes from UNITING WITH OTHERS. To that end, we completely co-own our company, characters, and universes together, sharing in publishing, but also in media, merchandise, and beyond. Best of all, we’re only the FIRST WAVE of writers and artists who will form GHOST MACHINE.
Ghost Machine isn’t only for the creators of today, but for the creators of tomorrow. We all dreamed of working for Marvel and DC when we first started out, but we don’t want the NEXT GENERATION of artists and writers to simply work for Ghost Machine. As our company grows, we will invite TOMORROW’S SUPER-STARS to join our GHOST MACHINE FAMILY and co-own the universes of characters we’re all building together.
