System info missing for "unknown" systems #2733

@phixson

Description

@phixson

What's Wrong (please be as specific as possible)

Since 4.1 when jumping into an unknown system the "telemetry obtained(etc)" message does not state the system name and the number of times visited.

Expected

The system name should be used.

Observed

System info appears to be blank, like it's not filling the data from FDEV when it can't find the system in the previously visited systems.

Steps to reproduce

Jump into any "unknown" system

My Investigation

My guess would be that it's not populating the system object with the FDEV journal entry when the system has not been recorded before and is unknown to EDSM.

Investigation Notes

One of the systems this happened with was "Outords TW-I a105-0" in attached log, around line 1100.

EDDI Logs

[Any log files providing additional details about what happened. These are located at %APPDATA%/EDDI and have the extension ".log"]

Player journals

[These are not required if EDDI Logs are verbose but may be helpful otherwise. They are located at [your Saved Games folder]/Frontier Developments/Elite Dangerous/. Please only provide excerpts or attach files from the play session where the issue occurred.]
