UX: delete or restored trashed link when adding the same link

Links in trash conflicts with new links. 2 uses cases:

1. adding a new link conflict with trashed link. Maybe display an alert with the option to restore and edit the trashed link.
2. editing the url of an existing link conflict with a trashed link. Give the option to permanently delete the trashed link from the edition form.

Add a button/link to restore the link directly when the duplicate link check fails because of the soft-deleted link.

Available in 2.3.0 shipping soon.
While adding or editing links, linkace checks if a link exists. This was already built in, but deleted links were not taken into account. You can now jump to editing the existing link, or restore it from the trash.
