Center the UI elements properly / Make the placement consistent

Sorry for my ASD but I just can't not notice this.
UI elements don't look properly organized at all. Why?

1. Play icon is not centered in the circle. Looks leaning slightly to the left.
2. The left section (1/4) has more left padding than the right and both more padding than the right section has right padding for its sound button.
3. 1/4 in the left section, looks much more like 1/ 4 (with slightly more space before the 4 for some reason).
4. The settings text(and the sound icon) somehow look aligned to the right. English language is also similar.

also Chinese font is bad, it's also too small, but that's probably another topic
