Update to WP AI Client 0.3.0

What problem does this address?

WP AI Client 0.3.0 is now available.

What is your proposed solution?

Let's look to update to that version, test that existing experiments work as expected, and identify if there are any new functionalities to take advantage of in the plugin.

We will eventually need to look at building off the AI Client in WP Core (and then setting the WP min to 7.0) but that change can wait for a bit longer (probably until RC1?).

Opened #242 for this. Big thing to note is the providers are removed from the latest version of the PHP AI Client so we not only need to update our WP AI Client dependency but also pull those providers in as dependencies and ensure those load correctly.

Note that in the 0.4.0 release we're going to stick with the existing WP AI Client version and WP 6.9 as the min/max version. As part of the next 0.5.0 release we'll shift to using the WP AI Client from core and set WP 7.0 as the min/max version. Thus, I'm going to close this issue as no longer actionable.
