Purpose
Linked issue: close #1961
Per Issue #1961, this pull request upgrades the existing Docusaurus library to the latest 3.9.2 release for the website. The issue also addresses a minor deprecated property to use the latest recommended configuration (to avoid unnecessary warnings).
