lang(zh-hans): adding simplified Chinese localisation

Add localisation for Simplified Chinese.

By the way, I'm unsure about the "Show Sheet when Exporting" in the Archive & Compression setting and I kept the "Sheet" unchanged. Would anyone be able to give me a brief explanation about what it does so I can make it more precise?

I finished it with Xcode and met some problems with git which inserted some lines (about git stash) that broke the file. Then I removed the lines manually and compared it with the original version to ensure nothing being deleted accidentally, and the only update is the Chinese localisation.
