[Feature] Add database driver for InfluxDB 3.0

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Cube.js does not support InfluxDB 3.0, which makes it challenging to leverage Cube.js for analytics and business intelligence with our InfluxDB data.

Describe the solution you'd like
I propose to extend Cube.js's database connectivity to include support for InfluxDB 3.0. This enhancement would enable seamless integration of Cube.js with InfluxDB 3.0, allowing users to perform complex analytics and BI operations on their time-series data. The addition of this support will significantly broaden Cube.js’s usability for projects and organizations using InfluxDB 3.0 as their primary time-series database.
