UTF8 table names not supported

Using the :latest Docker image, which reports a server_version=15.17.

Hey @emarsden, I got the fix for this issue merged in today. We've got a couple more of your issues in-flight, so we'll batch up a few more, then kick off a release for you. If you'd like a release faster than that for any reason, just let us know and we'll be happy to make one.
