Add context column to texture / shader views

Show the context that created the resource.
This will help disambiguate multiple Texture<1>'s.

True, but the multiple context case is far more prominent.

No necessarily - shared context are becoming more common and those are collision free.
However I have seen apps to generate many texture 1s as the engines probe supported features.
So.... it is kind of tricky problem...

Since these numbers are our numbers, could we just not reuse identifiers?

Simple solution to the reused ID in a single context is to only show textures which are currently live (i.e. where not deleted).
Ben says that is technically difficult, but we can just create different bug for that and worry about it later.

Another idea:
I would generally like to remove the context selection combo box from the top and lower it into the individual tabs (commands, report, etc...). If the texture tab allowed context selection in such way, it might be enough to close this issue.
