The LAVA test-definition has been fixed to handle .tar.xz, so
compress kselftest tarball with xz now.

Found a problem with the tarball name, here's the fix: khilman#3

The LAVA test-definition has been fixed to handle .tar.xz, so
compress kselftest tarball with xz now.
