Layout issue with repl filter in debug pane

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Repl filter does not properly shrink and grow when resizing VSCode

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

It should have similar behavior as the problems filter.

Agree with this. Marking as a feature request since we simply did not write code for this.
