Add codelens to stickyScroll

When scroll to show the class/interface/namespace/function/method/constructor part of the editor in the sticky scroll widget, the Code Lens above the class/interface/namespace/function/method/constructor part is missed. See the example below:

The Code Lens above the StickyScrollController class is missed in the sticky scroll widget.
