Chat terminals amount represents all visible and hidden terminals

Repro:

1. Run ls
2. Run ls in a background terminal
3. Click the chat terminals button and show one, 🐛 the bottom button still says 2, it should show the count of hidden terminals

This is by design as that's what you see when you take the action - all chat terminals. That also aligns with the label, chat terminals. We don't say or show just hidden terminals, so to update that count to only include hidden would be confusing.
