Exploring the options available for the code server cli, I found that is is seemingly possible to define a default folder / workspace already in the TS based cli. To me it would be helpful to also have these options in the Rust CLI so that user don't land on an empty window and have to manually open what they need but provide a nice default.
There's also no way to disable telemetry from the CLI, even though the underlying server already supports it.
