Views: clicking on the "..." only works the first time

Steps to Reproduce:

1. click on the "..." menu (e.g. in a diff editor to stage changes)
2. select an entry or ESC
3. click on the "..." again

=> does not work until you try a second time

I see this in stable already, which seems weird if it was not reported. @joaomoreno @isidorn do you reproduce this too?
