Description
Implements ping-pong buffering for the height storage in
webgpu_compute_waterexample.The previous implementation read from and wrote to the same buffer within a single compute dispatch, causing race conditions on mobile GPUs (e.g., Pixel 9 Pro) where threads could read values already modified by other threads.
The fix uses two height buffers that swap roles each frame - one for reading, one for writing - ensuring all threads read consistent data from the previous frame.
