Implement a Nitro preset for the Akash Network.

Akash Network is a peer-to-peer based hosting which might be a nice addition for Nitro. @pi0 and I already talked briefly about this. Personally I don't have experience with the Akash Network, but a friend of mine (@0x1d) recently demonstrated a deployment for a Vite project and might be interested in a contribution for Nitro.
