[FEATURE] Color mode settings

I want a new settings area in the Interface settings "Color modes" where the user can pick with color settings they want in light and dark mode and their own color modes they can create. Light and dark modes should be fixed and can't be deleted. But the user can create as many as they like.

Thanks, that makes frequent switching between light/dark mode much more convenient. To have more than just light/dark is also a bonus. I wonder how this could be extended with a feature like follow system mode. In that case it would be useful to specify which of the available modes should be used as light and dark mode.

The "Dark" and "Light" color mode are fixed and are used in the color mode startup check already. But I don't know if I want to do that in real-time without user interaction, since the switching takes a while, because every widget needs to be reinitialized and will even trigger a reloading of the note folder. 🤷🏻️
You can see that in the Color modes settings when you set a color mode as active.
