[I] Added and changed shortcuts will not be saved

Expected behaviour

After adding or changing a shortcut, entering this shortcut should be triggering the associated action. When opening the shortcuts panel again the shortcut should be visible.

Actual behaviour

Changes in the shortcut panel are lost when the panel is opened again, and they never trigger any action.

Steps to reproduce

Open the shortcut panel in the application settings.
Add a shortcut.
Save.
Open the shortcut panel again.
The added shortcut isn't there anymore.

• Fixed shortcuts not being saved or restored in the Shortcuts settings;
  storeShortcutSettings now iterates the actual menu actions (mirroring how
  initShortcuts reads them) and looks up the corresponding widgets in the
  tree by action name, and shortcut values are stored as strings to match the
  format expected by initShortcuts (for #3584)
• Fixed a crash when assigning a shortcut in the Shortcuts settings;
  keySequenceEvent and findKeySequenceWidget now use recursive tree
  traversal to handle the multi-level menu hierarchy correctly
  (for #3584)
