Upgrade thirdparty/mbedtls to version 3.6

Currently, thirdparty/mbedtls version = 3.3.0 (see thirdparty/mbedtls/include/mbedtls/build_info.h).

The latest Mbed TLS version = 3.6.3.1 (released May 13 2025). Mbed TLS 3.6 is a long-term support (LTS) branch. It will be supported with bug-fixes and security fixes until at least March 2027 => https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/mbedtls/releases/tag/mbedtls-3.6.3

That would be good to update thirdparty/mbedtls to the 3.6 branch.

@ttytm You are the last one to upgrade thirdparty/mbedtls to version 3.3.0 (see PR #21118). Do you have any plans to upgrade it to version/branch 3.6 ?
