Each consumer can consume up to unacknowledged 100 messages. Beyond this, messages need to be acknowdledged. This prevents overloading the consumer with new messages.
message_counts cannot appear here.

Limit the amount of unacknowledged messages the RabbitMQ notifications consumer
receives to
100. Beyond this limit, received messages have to be acknowledgedto receive new ones. This prevents overloading the consumer with new messages.
