My experience with HIVE over the past two years has been outstanding. Starting with tenant selection, every profile has matched my needs perfectly and I have never had a single issue — in fact, I have not even met them in person. When a tenant moved out, HIVE found a replacement in under 15 days, which was simply incredible. As for payments, I have never had a delay, not even on weekends or bank holidays. What I value most, though, is their accessibility. The transparency is absolute, and it is really easy to reach out to any of the managers for help with anything — from tenant matters to tax or insurance issues.
