Our interview process involves the following steps 1. Pre-screening and assessment 2. Shortlisted candidates- Beginners will go through 6 weeks of government-sponsored and Prochant-specific intense training program on a stipend basis. Shortlisted Candidates with relevant experience will go through 3 weeks of training program on a stipend basis. 3. Employment offer is rendered for qualified candidates and then moved towards on-the-job training and service delivery. Shortlisted candidates with relevant experience may join the Prochant-specific training directly.
