• Teams must consist of 2-4 eligible participants
• Teams may not begin their project prior to 8:00PM Jan. 22
• Teams may not appropriate another team's source code
• Teams may not use privately available libraries
• Participants not following the code of conduct may be disqualified from the Hackathon
