What do I get with the subscription?

You get access to all questions and their answers. You also gain access to all solutions for past year examination questions and question bank solutions.
How much time does it take to activate my subscription?

0 minutes. Our system is now automated with Esewa. After you complete the payment and checkout, please check your profile to see your subscription status. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us via Facebook Messenger.
What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept Esewa. Our payment gateway is integrated for an automatic process. If you do not use Esewa, please contact us via Messenger, and we will send you a Fonepay QR code. However, please note that this manual process can be time-consuming for both parties.
What time are you active for responding?

We try our best to check your messages frequently during the day. However, as a small team working on other projects (HamroNotes.com, for instance), it may take a few hours for us to respond. In case of emergencies, please send us a text at 9866115099.
Do you verify your answers?

Yes, we do verify our answers. While our content writers are students, we prioritize cross-referencing information and aim to have our content reviewed by teachers whenever possible. If you find any errors, please leave a comment on the relevant post or send us a text in messenger, and we will address it as quickly as possible.
Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, we do, and students love our app! Currently, only the Android version is available. We do not have immediate plans for an iOS version. Check out HamroCSIT on the Google Play Store.
Is there any refund policy?

While we do not have a specific refund policy, we generally support refunds within the first day of your subscription if you find that our platform is not helpful for you.
Is entrance preparation really free?

Yes, we have over 30 mock tests and actual tests available for you to practice with – all free of cost. While we will try to add other resources, our main focus is on semester exams.
Do you provide internships?

Yes, we have several interns working with us. Our tech stack includes PHP, React Native, Laravel, Next.js, and Django. If you are interested in interning with us, please send your CV to [email protected].

Why are there ads on the website?

While we do not run Google Ads even with millions of views, we may display banner ads for colleges, events, courses, and more. When you purchase a subscription, you will not see the banner ads, but we may still show popup ads to promote certain things.
Does HamroCSIT go down sometime?

Unfortunately, yes, occasional downtime can occur due to high traffic and CPU usage. We utilize robust hosting services and have our team working to minimize these instances. We are continuously working on improving our infrastructure.If you see our price going up, it is probably to minimize this:)
Are you connected to Tribhuvan University?

No, we are not explicitly connected to or affiliated with TU. We are simply students who study/studied at TU. However, we are in contact with the CDCSIT (Central Department of CSIT) and have some exciting plans that we will announce soon.
